How it works
- Each customer gets a profile: measurements, fabric and fit notes, each with the date it was taken.
- A new order links to the profile and moves through Measured, Cutting, Stitching, Fitting and Ready.
- Fittings and delivery dates appear on a shared calendar.
- The customer gets a WhatsApp reminder before a fitting, and a message when the order is ready.

What it runs on
Airtable holds the profiles and orders. Google Calendar shows fittings and deliveries. WhatsApp messages go from your own number. We use Claude to read photos of your notebook pages into draft profiles, which you check before they count.
