Solution: Repair job tracker

Electronics repair shops

Customers keep calling to ask if their repair is ready, and every job lives on a paper card.

Is this also your problem?

“I write every job on a card. Half my day goes on customers calling to ask if it’s ready. Cards get lost, and I forget which parts I’m waiting for.”

How it works

  1. A job comes in. You add it in a few taps: customer, device, fault, price.
  2. You change its status as you work: Received, Waiting for part, Ready.
  3. Each change sends the customer a WhatsApp message, in your shop’s words.
  4. When the job is done, the tracker makes the invoice. Send it or print it.

The repair shop's app on a phone: open and ready jobs at the top, a list of jobs with their status, and a WhatsApp message going to a customer whose phone is ready.

What changes

  • Customers stop calling to ask. They already know.
  • You see at a glance which jobs wait on a part and which are ready.
  • Nothing depends on a paper card staying in the right drawer.

What it runs on
