What this site collects.

The contact form

When you send the form, we receive your name, your email address, your type of business, your message, the region whose prices you were shown, and the solution example you came from, if any. It is emailed to us and goes nowhere else. This site keeps no copy.

We use it to reply to you and to scope work you ask about. We keep it in our email until we have handled it. Write to hello@cloudcraftspace.com and we will delete it.

The newsletter

When you subscribe to the monthly newsletter, your email address is emailed to us, the same way as the contact form, and goes nowhere else. This site keeps no copy. We keep the list of subscribers ourselves and use it only to send the newsletter.

If we move the list to a newsletter service, this page will name it first. To stop the newsletter, reply to any issue or write to hello@cloudcraftspace.com and we will remove you.

Email

Messages to addresses at cloudcraftspace.com are forwarded by Cloudflare to the mailboxes of the people who answer them, which are with Google (Gmail).

Spam protection

The contact form and the newsletter sign-up use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a visitor is a person. It runs in your browser and sends information about it to Cloudflare, which tells us only whether the check passed. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any host, Cloudflare handles each request to the site, including your IP address. The site uses your IP address to guess your country, so it can show your region's prices, and does not keep it.

Your region

If you choose a region in the footer, your browser remembers it on your own device, in local storage under the name ccs.region. It is not sent anywhere. You can clear it in your browser at any time.

What this site does not do

At the time of writing, this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. If that changes, this page changes first.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@cloudcraftspace.com.
