Solution: Online booking and reminders
Dentists and clinics
Every booking is a phone call, patients forget their visits, and forms are filled in on paper.
Is this also your problem?
“Every booking is a phone call, so the front desk is on the line all day. People forget, and an empty chair costs us. New patients fill in a clipboard form we then type up.”
How it works
- You link a booking page from your website and Google Business Profile.
- A patient picks the type of visit and a free time. Taken slots can’t be booked twice.
- The booking lands in your calendar, and the patient gets a confirmation.
- A day before, they get a reminder with links to move or cancel.
- New patients get an intake form to fill in at home.
What changes
- The phone stops being the only way in.
- Fewer empty chairs: patients are reminded, and a cancelled slot frees up for someone else.
- Intake details arrive before the visit and nobody types them up.
What it runs on
Cal.com takes the bookings and syncs both ways with Google Calendar. Tally runs the intake form. Reminders go by email and text. We use Claude to write clear reminder and form wording, and to check every form question has a reason to be there.
