How we work
A call, a build, and support after.
Three steps, in plain terms. You bring a tech problem. We build the solution and keep it running.
1. Discovery call
A short call about the problem you want solved. We ask what you do today, which tools you already use, and what should work afterwards that does not work now.
If one of the starter packages fits, we say so, and its price is already published. If it does not, we quote the work after the call.
2. Build
We build the solution and test it with real examples from your business before it is handed over. We use AI tools such as Claude to deliver faster, which keeps prices at small-business levels. You decide what the solution does, and we check what the tools produce before it reaches your customers.
3. Support
Monthly support and maintenance keep what we build running: updates, fixes, hosting, monitoring and small changes. Custom apps are always quoted separately and come with a maintenance plan. The Stay Running package covers anything we build.
What we do not promise
We describe what will work technically. We do not promise more customers or more sales: that depends on much more than technology.
