Solution: Creator campaign board

Brands working with creators

Briefs, drafts and approvals are scattered across inboxes, chats and spreadsheets.

Is this also your problem?

“Outreach is in my inbox, briefs are in documents, approvals are in chats. I can’t tell you quickly who’s briefed, what’s waiting for me, and what’s live.”

How it works

  1. Each creator gets a record, and each piece of content a card.
  2. The creator gets a brief page, and uploads their draft there.
  3. The card moves across Briefed, Making, In review and Live. Your notes stay on it.
  4. Once a post is live, its results are added next to the brief.

A campaign board on a laptop: creators, what each is making and where it is, from briefed to live, and a draft arriving for review.

What changes

  • Who’s briefed, what needs you, and what’s live: one view, not a hunt through chats.
  • Feedback stays with the content it’s about.
  • Results sit next to the brief, ready for the next campaign.

What it runs on

Airtable holds creators, briefs and content. Google Drive holds the files. Make moves approved posts into results. We use Claude to draft first versions of briefs from your campaign notes, and you edit them before anything goes out.
