Solution: Ambassador portal
Brands with ambassadors
Every new ambassador gets their welcome, logos and updates from you, one by one.
Is this also your problem?
“Every new ambassador gets a welcome, a folder of logos and a list of rules from me, by hand. Then the logos change and half of them use the old ones.”
How it works
- A new ambassador fills in a sign-up form and gets a welcome with their login.
- The portal shows the asset library, their points and tier, and the latest news.
- Points are added as they earn them, and tiers follow rules you set.
- When you update a logo, everyone gets the new one.
What changes
- Onboarding happens without you.
- Everyone uses the current version of every asset.
- Tiers follow written rules, so ambassadors can see where they stand.
What it runs on
Airtable holds ambassadors, points and tiers. Softr gives the sign-in and portal. Google Drive holds the assets. Make sends the welcome and tier updates. We use Claude to help write welcome and update messages, which you approve.
