One hub for creators, briefs, approvals and results

Juniper & Co. Creator outreach, briefs and deliverables scattered across chats and sheets.

The problem

“Outreach is in my inbox, briefs are in documents, and approvals are in chats. I cannot say quickly who is briefed, what is waiting for me and what has gone live.”

The solution

A hub with a record per creator and per deliverable. Creators receive a brief page and upload their content for approval. Each deliverable moves through Briefed, In production, In review and Published, with the reviewer's notes attached. Results are entered or imported per post and shown next to the brief.

A campaign board with four columns: Briefed, In production, In review and Published, each card showing a creator and a deliverable.

Tools and AI used

Airtable holds creators, briefs and deliverables, Google Drive holds the files, and Make moves approved posts into the results table. Claude drafts first versions of briefs from the brand's campaign notes, and the team edits them before anything is sent.

What now works

Who has been briefed, what is waiting for review and what has been published is one view instead of a search through chats. A reviewer's notes stay with the deliverable.

Timeline, package and price

One build of about four weeks: the creator and deliverable records, the brief page, the approval flow and the results table, tested on one live campaign before it is handed over.
