Every referral tracked by a link, every payout calculated the same way

The problem

“Partners message me when they send someone, and I note it in a sheet. At the end of the month we argue about who referred whom and what they are owed.”

The solution

Each partner gets a unique link. Visits and sales through it are recorded against the partner, and each partner sees a live dashboard of their referrals and what they are owed. At the end of each period the tracker produces a payout report, using the same commission rules for everyone.

Tools and AI used

Airtable holds partners, referrals and payouts. Make connects the link tracking and the sales from Stripe to it, and builds the payout report. Claude helps us write the commission rules as plain formulas and tests them against past months, so the owner can see they match what was paid.
