## How it works

- Your products go into one list, each with the quantity on hand and a reorder level.
- Dealers sign in to an ordering page that shows what’s available right now.
- Each order takes its items off the stock list and shows the dealer its status.
- When a product reaches its reorder level, whoever buys materials gets an alert.

## What changes

- Stock and orders always agree, because they’re the same data.
- Dealers check availability and order status themselves.
- Low stock is news when it happens, not when an order is half packed.

Airtable holds products, stock and orders. Softr gives dealers their sign-in and ordering page. Make sends the alerts. We use Claude to merge your old spreadsheets into one product list and flag duplicates for you to sort out.
