## The problem

“Measurements are in three notebooks and my phone. When a regular customer orders again, I spend a morning finding what I took last time, and I forget who is due for a fitting.”

## The solution

One profile per customer holding measurements, fabric and fit notes, with the date each was taken. Each order links to that profile and moves through Measured, Cutting, Stitching, Fitting and Ready. The tracker reminds the customer about their fitting, messages them when the order is ready, and puts delivery dates on a shared calendar.

## Tools and AI used

Airtable stores profiles and orders, and Google Calendar shows fittings and deliveries. WhatsApp messages go out from the business's own number. Claude reads a photographed notebook page into a draft profile, so the first batch of customers is entered quickly; the tailor confirms each one before it counts.

## What now works

A returning customer's measurements are found in seconds and are dated, so the tailor knows how old they are. Fittings and deliveries are on a calendar instead of in memory, and customers are reminded without anyone sending messages by hand.
