## The problem

“Every new ambassador gets a welcome message, a folder of logos and a list of rules from me, by hand. Then the logos change and half of them are using the old ones.”

## The solution

A sign-up form creates an ambassador record and sends a welcome with their login. The portal shows a shared library of logos, images and guidelines, the ambassador's tier and points, and the latest updates. Points are recorded against each ambassador and the tier updates by the rules the business sets.

## Tools and AI used

Airtable holds ambassadors, points and tiers, Softr gives them a sign-in and the portal, Google Drive holds the asset library, and Make sends the welcome and the tier updates. Claude helps write the onboarding and update wording, which the team approves.

## What now works
